About Us
Elevated Minds Academy is a New State of the Art Facility offering professional, quality care for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. We have qualified and professional staff to service the needs of your children. All of our staff are educated in Early Childhood Development and with their guidance your child will grow socially, physically, mentally and emotionally. We strive to provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for each child entrusted in our care, one in which they can grow, develop and learn. It is our goal to make sure that each child will leave Elevated Minds Academy Kindergarten ready, and with a positive attitude towards school and beyond.
Every teacher has been carefully selected based on their education and experience in the field of Early Childhood, and must successfully complete a background check and once hired a 90 day training period. All employees are required to continue their education by attending on-going classes and seminars in the field of Early Childhood Development. In addition, every member of staff must complete and keep current the following State required classes: First Aid and CPR, Management of Communicable Diseased and the Recognition of Child Abuse.

Your child learns about the world through play. With the use of our Creative curriculum, we can assist your child in developing important developmental milestones like advanced motor skills, language, cognitive abilities, and social and emotional development. This will be applied through our Ages & Stages of Development assessments. We specialize in children with special needs such as Developmental Delays, IEP’s, 504 Plans, Autism, ADD/ADHD and Mental Health. We will offer a variety of Programs and Referral services for our children and their families.

Through our curriculum we will help the children:

We focus on helpng your child develop their personality, self-seteem, and their indentity. Our chldhood programs are developmentally age appropriate, covering the 6 domains of Early Childhood Development.

Our Program is taught by qualified professional teachers in a warm and caring environment. Our Curriculum is constructed to promote learning by using free play and structured activities, as well as independent and teacher directed activities.
AGE 2 & UNDER
Infants 6 weeks to 1 year
We provide a safe and nurturing environment, where your child can grow, explore, and learn every day.
We focus on developing your infant’s social emotional, physical, and intellectual skills while in our care.
At Elevated Minds Academy our passionate teachers will provide a fun filled day of learning, playing, and socializing to help your child grow and develope. We focus on promoting your child’s basic intellecutal an social skills through singing , dance, reading, and communication. Play time is scheduled everyday to help your children lean and grow. We provide a nice quiet area where your child can nap and rest, leaving them with a sense of comfort and security throughout the day.
AGE 3 & 4
Preschoolers embrace knowledge, and they retain the information they learned. Elevated Minds Academy encourages growth and learning with days filled with fun and active activities that allow preschoolers to be ready for Kindergarten and beyond.
At our facility we focus on :
* Motor Skill Development-Outdoor games, dancing, movement
* Language Development-Recognizing and forming letters, stroy time, skpeech
* Imaginative Development-Arts and Crafts, dramatic play, story telling
*Social Development-Large and small group activities, sharing, cooperation
Our daily schedule is very flexible to allow for unplanned events or other opportunities that may arise throughout the day. Some days we de not fit all this in…but we try! We have a movie day once a week on Fridays. We have a variety of movies that the teachers can select from. Or your child can bring a movie for everyone to watch. We usually watch it after snack in the afternoon. Sometimes we will have a picnic on the floor with a large blanket and lots of pillows…and we eat our snack while watching the movie. This is only done as a special reward. “because we had such a good day”.
Enrollment Information
To enroll your child in Elevated Minds Academy:
1. Call to schedule a tour of our center 513-996-0126 or
2. Stop by our center at 2015 W. North Bend Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45224
3. Next our Program Director or Administrator will meet with the parent/guardian and child to be enrolled. Upon deciding to enroll your child in our program, you and the Program Director or Administrator will review the enrollment packet, including the parent information, medical documents needed, parent contract and the financial agreement.
4. If your child is not present, we will set up a second visit to introduce him/her to the teachers and familiarize him/her with the setting.
5. All enrollment and health information (shot records), must be completed with the registration fee included prior to the child’s start date.

What ages of children do you accept?
We offer Childcare service for Infants 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Do you offer sign language and Spanish?
We will offer Sign Language and Spanish for our Children.
Do you pay for referrals?
We have a referral incentive for those that refer families. We offer a $100/referral fee once that child/family is enrolled for 30 days at our program.
Do you offer therapy for children?
Along with therapy from a Licensed Therapist. We specialize in Mental Behavior Health and work with children with special needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must Complete a FBI/BCI Check
2. Must have a clean record
3. Must have a Highschool Diploma or GED
4. Must Complete a work physical and have Physician fill out a Employee Medical Statement (include Shot Records)
5. Would like for you to have at least 1 year experience in childcare
6. Certified Staff MUST HAVE up-to-date First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse, and Communicable Disease
7. Copy of College Transcripts, CDA, Associates/Bachelors/Masters Degrees.
